Third generation in the trade.

My family has been in the building materials trade since 1985, supplying cement across the NCR. I grew up around sites long before I worked on one. Today that runs through materials on one side and residential development on the other.

Reading the numbers

I read the transcript, not the summary.

I run my own equity book and do my own research on it. Concalls in full, annual reports, shareholding patterns, forensic checks. When the tooling doesn't exist I write it: a price engine off exchange bhavcopy, a research server that pulls fundamentals while I read, a backtesting harness built to kill its own ideas rather than flatter them.
